ABOUT Carley HERLIHY

Carley Herlihy is a multi-talented actor, writer, and filmmaker with a passion for storytelling. They studied at the Pacific Conservatory of Performing Arts in 2018, where they honed their skills in live theater. Following graduation, Carley worked in the PCPA Summer Festival season, performing in Mamma Mia and The Hunchback of Notre Dame at the Solvang, CA outdoor theater. Their outstanding performance led them to portray Mairead in the dark Irish comedy of The Lieutenant of Inishmore and the role of Jean in August Osage County at San Jose Stage Company.

Carley is represented theatrically by Anthony Boyer at DDO Agency and commercially by Vera Kim at Boudoir Agency. They have worked on national commercials for major brands such as McDonald's, Etsy, and Adidas, showcasing their versatility as an actor.

In addition to their work in commercials and theater, Carley has written, directed, and acted in their own short films, including "Coping Thoughts," which was recognized at the LAFA Film Festival. Carley's talent as a writer is evident in the thought-provoking and poignant themes present in their work.

Currently, Carley is pursuing their BA in Film and Media studies at Arizona State University, while continuing to work on various film projects. They completed the intermediate on-screen course at Margie Haber Studios and various other film workshops to refine their skills. Carley's dedication and hard work led them to start their own production company, CarCarRose Productions, in 2019.

Carley's passion for storytelling is evident in their work as an actor, writer, and filmmaker. They bring a unique perspective and creative approach to each project they work on. With their talent and determination, Carley is sure to make a mark in the film industry.
